Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts
Preparation
-
Combine eggs, sugar, oil, pumpkin, water and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir in nuts.
Bake in Bundt pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
