Chocolate-Nut Pillows(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.)
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    2 Tbsp. sifted powdered sugar
    3 c. presweetened shredded wheat biscuits
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped peanuts or flaked coconut
Preparation
    In medium glass bowl, place the chocolate and shortening. Micro-cook, uncovered, until melted, about 2 1/2 minutes; stir after each minute.
    Stir in peanut butter and sugar until smooth. Halve wheat biscuits crosswise.
    Using fork, dip biscuits in chocolate mixture.
    Lift and draw off excess against rim of bowl. Roll in nuts or coconut.
    Dry on waxed paper.
    Makes 40 to 42.
