Sweet Potato Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped
    1 1/4 c. canned mashed sweet potatoes
Preparation
    Cream butter; gradually beat in sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in sweet potatoes and milk.
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; add to creamed mixture, stirring until just moistened. Stir in pecans.
    Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
