Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. minced shallots or 2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. soft bread crumbs, lightly packed
    1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, lightly packed
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Select well-shaped mushrooms with closed caps.
    Wash quickly under water and drain on paper towels. Pull stems from mushrooms and finely chop.
