Ingredients

1 qt. milk
1 c. crushed graham crackers
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. sugar
1 to 2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Bring milk, graham cracker crumbs, eggs and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly.
Cool thoroughly (I prefer overnight).
Beat cold pudding with electric mixer.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Sprinkle a few cracker crumbs on top.
