Holly'S Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together.
    In a separate bowl mix egg, milk and oil.
    Add to flour and mix by hand.
    Cover blueberries with flour and add to the batter.
    Spray muffin pans with Pam. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Brush tops with butter.
    Sprinkle with sugar before and after baking.
