Rice And Sour Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. Monterey Jack or sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 c. sour cream
    2 cans green chilies, chopped
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Grate cheese; chop chilies and mix all together.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle paprika or parsley on top.
