Chocolate Chip And Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine or 2 sticks
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. water
    2 eggs or 4 egg whites for cholesterol count
    2 1/2 c. bleached flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. broken walnuts (do not make pieces too small)
    10 oz. large chocolate chips or chunks
Preparation
    Refrigerate batter for 1 hour.
    Scoop with ice cream scoop to make each cookie uniform, and place on sprayed greased pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned on top. Do not let batter get warm between baking, or cookies will spread out too far on cookie sheet and will not be uniform.
