Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
    Tony Chachere's Cajun Creole seasoning
    self-rising flour
    buttermilk
Preparation
    Cut chicken in chunks.
    Sprinkle generously with seasoning and cover with buttermilk.
    Cover dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    Dredge in self-rising flour and deep fry.
    Also good for steak fingers.
