Brown Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. Mochiko
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 can frozen coconut milk
    1 can Azuki Tsukushian
    sesame seed
Preparation
    Mix together the Mochiko, baking soda, sugar, water and coconut milk.
    Stir in azuki.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
