Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber
    2 tsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chopped dill
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash cucumber well. Trim off thin ends of cucumber.
    Using a fork, make long strips down cucumber.
    Cut into thin slices and place in colander.
    Sprinkle with salt and leave 30 minutes. Place in a bowl to catch the cucumber liquid.
    Rinse them well and pat dry.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    In a large bowl, toss together with cucumbers.
