Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen French-style green beans
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. minced instant onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cook green beans in water.
    Mix together onion, butter, flour, salt, pepper and sour cream to make a sauce. Pour sauce over green beans and place into greased casserole dish.
    Top with cheese. Put under broiler until cheese melts. Serves 3 or 4.
