Low-Calorie Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) container cottage cheese (small curd)
1 lb. shrimp, boiled, deveined and chopped
2 boiled eggs
1/2 c. stuffed olives, chopped
1 large tomato, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
Preparation

Mix together cottage cheese and chopped shrimp.
Peel eggs and mash until fine.
Mix with cottage cheese and shrimp.
Add the olives and salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with paprika for color.
Arrange sliced tomato over top of shrimp mixture.
Serve with crackers and beverage.
