Skillet Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. uncooked rotini pasta
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
2 cans diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook rotini as directed. In skillet, cook ground beef, celery and onions on medium-high for 5 to 7 minutes; drain. Add cooked rotini and all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
