Cupcake Cones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

flat bottomed ice cream cones
3/4 stick butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
yolks from 3 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. flour
Preparation

Beat together butter, sugar and baking powder in a medium bowl with mixer on high speed, about 2 minutes or until pale. Add egg yolks and vanilla and beat about 2 minutes until fluffy. Reduce mixer speed to low and beat in milk, then flour just until blended. Spoon batter into each cone, pressing batter down with the back of the spoon. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until tops are a golden brown. Ice with Marshmallow Cream Icing.
