Crawfish Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped very fine (canned or fresh)
    1 large can cream-style corn
    1 lb. crawfish
Preparation
    Mix well; bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
    Makes one large cornbread.
    Almost a meal in itself served with salad.
