Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cornbread, crumbled
1 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 stick butter or oleo
4 boiled eggs, chopped
4 c. rich chicken or turkey broth
2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. sage
4 eggs, beaten
coarse ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute onions and celery in butter for approximately 2 minutes. Mix all ingredients except eggs.
At this point, check for proper seasoning and adjust as needed.
Add eggs, mixing well.
Bake in oiled, heavy iron skillet for 30 to 45 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven. Serves 12.
