Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large green mango peppers
    12 large red mango peppers
    15 large white onions
    1 1/2 pt. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop or grind peppers and onions. Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes. Drain and cover again with boiling water. Let stand for 10 minutes.
    Drain once more.
    Add all other ingredients. Mix well and seal in hot, sterilized jars.
    Heat in a slow oven for 45 minutes.
