Caesar Of The Sea - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
pinch of sugar
1 anchovy fillet, minced
1/2 c. garlic croutons
1 medium head romaine lettuce, torn
1 (13 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In blender container, combine oil, lemon juice, egg, garlic clove, salt, pepper and sugar.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Stir in anchovy fillet.
In large salad bowl, combine romaine, tuna, Parmesan and dressing.
Toss to coat greens.
Add croutons and toss again lightly.
