Company Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 family-sized pkg. chicken breasts, skinned
seasoning (salt and pepper)
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pkg. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. thin smoked beef
Preparation

Skin chicken breasts, season to taste with salt and pepper. Add water, cover and cook until almost done.
Soften cream cheese in a separate dish.
Add sour cream and soups.
Mix together well. Add broth from cooked chicken.
Wrap chicken with thin smoked beef slices.
Pour cream mixture over chicken and beef and cook until done.
Serve over rice or creamed potatoes.
