Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans salmon
    6 slices white bread
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt
    pepper
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Drain salmon; remove bones and flake. Make bread into fine crumbs in food processor. Combine all ingredients except oil. (Add a little milk if mixture seems too dry.) Form 10 to 11 patties. Pan-fry in lightly oiled skillet about 5 minutes or until lightly browned; turn halfway through cooking time. Drain on absorbent paper towels.
