German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. vinegar (white)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 medium potatoes (about 2 1/2 lb.), peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Put bacon and green onions in 1-quart casserole dish and cover. Microwave at High (100%) until bacon is light brown, 5 to 7 minutes.
    Stir in vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Set aside.
