Hot Sausage Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. medium sausage
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 (14.5 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. white wine
Preparation

Brown and drain sausage in a large pot.
Add remaining ingredients except for wine.
Simmer, stirring often, until cheese is melted and mixture thickens.
Add wine.
Serve with corn chips.
