Coating For Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Line 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with foil.
    Heat margarine in pan in oven until melted.
    Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken.
    Place, skin side down, in pan. Bake uncovered 35 minutes.
    Turn.
    Bake until done, about 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
