Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Cream first 5 ingredients together.
    Add all dry ingredients. Mix well and fold in apples.
    Bake in tube or Bundt pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Pears may be substituted for apples.
