Mom'S Custard Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. cut up rhubarb
    1 unbaked pie shell (no top crust)
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Place rhubarb into unbaked pie shell.
    Mix eggs, sugar, flour and milk together and pour over fruit.
    (Mix flour and sugar together to help prevent lumps and then add to eggs.)
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Serve warm or cold.
