Johnny Mazette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. green peppers
    2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 stick butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of tomato soup
    1 can French onion soup
Preparation
    Saute peppers, celery, onions and meat in butter.
    Add salt. Reduce heat and cook 10 minutes.
    Stir in sauce from soups.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Cook noodles (1 pound) according to package directions. Drain.
    Pour noodles into 14 x 10 x 2 1/2-inch pan.
    Stir gently until well mixed.
    Sprinkle 2 cups grated American cheese on top or use sliced cheese to cover top.
    Bake 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
