Spicy Herb Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 tsp. Wyler's or Steero chicken or beef flavor instant bouillon
1 tsp. thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
Preparation

Combine ingredients and mix well.
In shallow dish or plastic bag, pour over chicken, beef or pork.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Remove meat from marinade; heat marinade.
Grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade.
Refrigerate leftover meat. Makes about 3/4 cup.
