Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    2 green peppers
    4 onions
    4 oz. can diced green chilies
    20 oz. can drained tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic
    2 lb. Jack cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Remove bacon and most of grease.
    Chop and saute peppers, onions and garlic.
    Break up cheese and add to mixture in skillet making sure heat is very low.
    Add bacon and chilies, chopped and drained, and drained tomatoes.
    Cook over low heat 30 minutes.
    Serve warm with tortilla chips.
    Freezes well.
