Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour plus 3 Tbsp.
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. thawed, sliced frozen strawberries or 16 oz. box
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift together in large bowl all dry ingredients.
    Combine remaining ingredients and add liquid mixture.
    Stir just enough to moisten.
    Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pans or 6 (6 x 3 x 2-inch) greased foil pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for large pans and 40 minutes for small pans.
    Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes before removing from pans.
    Finish cooling on wire racks.
