Bergen Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. potato flour
    onion salt to taste
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 lb. pork sausage
    salt and pepper to taste
    Meat Sauce
    Cream Sauce
    2 large eggplants, unpeeled
    salt
    oil (for frying)
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (3/4 oz.)
