Pearl'S Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. beans, partially drained
1 lb. dark brown sugar
3 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. ketchup
bacon
Preparation

Pour half the beans in a Dutch oven.
Mix brown sugar and mustard. Cover beans with half the mixture, then add remaining beans and cover with remaining mixture. Top with ketchup. Decorate with bacon. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0, uncovered.
