Baked Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. seasoned croutons
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Spread croutons in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle cheese over croutons.
    Brown the sausage.
    Drain and put over cheese and croutons.
    Combine the soup, milk, eggs, dry mustard and onion.
    Beat together.
    Pour over croutons, cheese and sausage.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
