Chicken And Rice Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild rice or long grain and wild rice, cooked
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 c. cooked chicken cut in pieces
    1 (6 oz.) can French-style green beans
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    pepper to taste
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Drain beans.
    Combine all ingredients and place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes. Top with grated cheese and cook 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
