Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, diced (canned works)
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 small pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 lb. cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 c. milk, added to soup
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all together and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake until heated through at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 casseroles (one or both can be frozen for later).
