Artichoke Cheese Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 onion, chopped
    4 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. chopped oregano
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
    2 c. shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar)
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Preparation
    Drain marinade from 1 jar of artichokes into skillet.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Combine eggs, spices, crumbs and chopped artichokes.
    Fold all ingredients together.
    Pour into a 9-inch square dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cut into small squares and serve warm.
    This can be precooked and reheated.
