Crispy Baked Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. cornflake crumbs
    dash of freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Wash and dry fillets; cut into serving pieces.
    Season, dip in oil and coat with cornflake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled, shallow baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes without turning or basting.
    (This method produces a crisp coating; looks almost like deep fried fish.) Yields 4 servings.
