Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 to 3 c. unpeeled grated zucchini
Preparation
    Wash the zucchini and leave on counter overnight, making sure they are really ripe.
    Mix the first 7 ingredients together on high speed.
    Batter gets thick.
    Take zucchini and add to batter by hand; turns liquidy.
    Pour into greased and floured pans.
    Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Check with toothpick in center for doneness. Outside will look done long before inside is.
    Makes 2 bread pan loaves or 1 Bundt pan.
