Molded Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 (7 oz.) can white tuna
    4 ribs celery
    1/2 cucumber
    1 pimento
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over cold water.
    Drain and flake tuna. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water; stir in softened gelatin. Add salt and cool.
    Mix lemon juice, mayonnaise, tuna, celery, cucumber and pimento and add to gelatin mixture.
    Pour into mold and chill until firm.
    Makes 6 deliciously cool salads.
