Baked Vidalia Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Vidalia onions (as many as you wish, allowing 1 per serving)
salt and pepper
pats of butter
beef bouillon cubes
boiling water
thyme
fresh bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Remove the stems from Vidalia onions.
Place each onion in a 9 x 11-inch shallow pan lined with aluminum foil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place a pat of butter on top of each with 1 beef bouillon cube, 3/4 cup boiling water, 1/4 teaspoon thyme, 3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
