Mom Lane'S Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. soft butter
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Add salt and baking powder to buttermilk and mix well. Add 2 cups flour to 1/3 cup soft butter and mix well.
    Add 3 cups flour and mix well. Roll out on well floured flat surface.
    Spread bacon grease in bottom of pan.
    Cut biscuits by pressing top of drinking glass onto rolled out flour.
    Lay and separate cut biscuits in bottom of pan.
    Spread more bacon grease on top of each biscuit. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
