Diet Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans fruit mix, fruit cocktail or both
    1 can crushed pineapple, packed in own juice
    1 can mandarin oranges
    2 bananas, if desired, peaches or pears
    1 box pistachio instant pudding (sugar-free)
    1 c. skim milk
    1 small container low-calorie Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix milk and Cool Whip together with pudding.
    Add fruit and/or nuts, if you wish.
