Wisconsin Chop Suey(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 small onions, chopped fine
    1 c. cooked celery
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. instant rice
    salt and pepper
    3 oz. can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef and onions.
    Combine with the remaining ingredients except the noodles in a casserole.
    Bake, covered, for 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Top with chow mein noodles.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
