Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red or pink salmon
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Drain, flake and remove bones and skin from salmon.
    Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well.
    Chill several hours.
    Shape into ball and roll in nuts and parsley.
    You may wrap and freeze for later.
    If salmon is too costly, 2 cans of tuna are just as yummy.
