Chocolate-Coated Cherry Surprise(Candy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    25 to 28 cherries with stems
    1 small pkg. chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine in a bowl the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, unsalted butter and vanilla; set aside.
    Chill in refrigerator. Drain cherries with stems; dry and set aside.
    Remove chilled ingredients in bowl.
    Roll ingredients into medium size balls to go around cherries.
    Flatten the balls put around cherries. Refrigerate until chilled.
    Dip cherries in chocolate.
