Piccardos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 big bags chicken
    1 big onion, ground
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    mild or hot salsa (just soft enough to dip up)
Preparation
    Debone chicken and grind up.
    Combine chicken, spices and salsa.
    Place on corn tortilla.
    Roll up and secure with toothpick.
