Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. crab meat
1 egg
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 to 1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Form into patties.
Fry in 1/2 cup oil until golden brown or preheat oven to 350\u00b0, then bake on both sides until golden brown (for 20 to 30 minutes).
Makes 8 cakes.
