Italian Spaghetti And Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground chuck
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 (5 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, cooked until tender
Preparation

Heat oil in heavy skillet until medium hot.
Add chopped onion and garlic to skillet and cook until glossy.
Add salt and pepper to meat and form into 2-inch balls.
Add to skillet.
Brown lightly.
Add tomato sauce and water.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
Uncover and cook slowly until sauce thickens.
Serve over spaghetti which has been cooked until tender and drained.
