Squash Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated yellow squash
    18 oz. pkg. corn bread mix or 2 Jiffy mixes
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    3 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk.
    Add meal, cottage cheese and squash. Pour into well greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Drizzle with margarine. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Makes 15 servings.
