Molded Cranberry Relish Or Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cranberries
Preparation
    Cook cranberries in 1 cup of water for 20 minutes.
    Stir in sugar and cook 5 minutes longer.
    Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water; add to hot cranberries and stir until dissolved. Cool.
    When mixture begins to thicken, add chopped celery, nuts and salt.
    Turn into a favorite dish or mold and chill in refrigerator.
